Welsh Triathlon wishes to clarify the position with regards to its awards policy. All Welsh Championships will be age-grouped according to athletes’ ages on 31st December of the current year. Trophies will be awarded for males and females in all age-groups as set out below:-

Please note that this awards policy is specific to Welsh Championships. Welsh Championship events are usually incorporated into existing races which will have their own prize and awards policies as governed by the individual race organizers.

Athletes who wish to enter a Welsh Championship event must join Welsh Triathlon prior to the race and present their Membership Card/Race Licenses at registration. Day licenses and expired licenses are not acceptable. It is important to enter your full Welsh Triathlon membership number on entry forms and online, including the W prefix.
